2) Heat the pot and add olive oil.
3) Add the onion and garlic and keep stirring.
4) Then add the rice and brown it together.
5) Add the saffron and keep browning a little and then add water.
6) Keep stirring for 15-20 minutes.
7) Then add the cheese and mix well so that the cheese melts.
8) Turn off the heat and keep in the refrigerator till it thickens and sets.
9) Then roll them in the hands and dip each bowl in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
10) Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
