Nutmeg Nog

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, beat the egg till light and foamy using a fork
2) Tip in the sugar and beat till the egg turns a light lemon color
3) Add in the milk and vanilla

SERVING
4) Pour into a tall glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg
