Spicy Shake It and Bake It Fish Coating Mix

Ingredients
  Fine dry bread crumbs 4 Tablespoon
  Unbleached flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 4 Tablespoon
  Dried lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed dried thyme 1 Tablespoon (To Make Flakes)
  Salt To Taste
  Vegetable oil 1 Ounce (Use As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all ingredients except oil.
2) Thoroughly mix.
3) Add oil and stir in, with a fork or fingertips to blend completely.

SERVING
4) Use for coating fish or store in a airtight container in cool and humid-free place for up to 4 to 6 months.
