Nutmeg Grilled Finnan Haddie

Ingredients
  Chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finnan haddie 1 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together bouillon, juice, cayenne, paprika and nutmeg.
2) Lightly score the fish with a sharp knife.
3) Apply the bouillon mixture on the fish using a brush.
4) Place the fish in a broiling pan and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.

FINALIZING
5) Under the hot broiler, broil the fish about 4 inches from the heat.
6) Broil for 10 minutes or until fish comes of easily with a fork.
7) Baste with the remaining bouillon mixture while broiling.

SERVING
8) Place the fish on the serving plate carefully and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
