Anise Grape And Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
  Diced red apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Shredded green cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs) (medium fine)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed aniseed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Romaine lettuce 1
Directions

MAKING
1. To prepare the apples dice them into lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
2. Add grapes, cabbage and celery.
3. In a bowl or a container combine sour cream, honey, crushed aniseed, salt and pepper
4. Add to salad, toss lightly and chill.

SERVING
5. Serve on romaine lettuce.
