Ingredients
  Boneless cooked rabbit 8 Ounce, diced
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diagonally sliced
  Pimientos 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Capers 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Parsley sprigs 2 (For Garnish)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Paprika 1 Dash (For Garnish)
  Pepper 1 Dash (For Garnish)
  Hot sauce 2 Drop (For Garnish)
  Iceberg lettuce leaves/Romaine lettuce leaves 6 (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, add all the ingredients except lettuce and parsley. Mix well.
2 Keep covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes .

SERVING
3 Serve chilled.
