Saffron Rice Pilaf
|Saffron threads||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Boiling chicken stock||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Long grain rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Take a boiling stock and stir in saffron strands into it and allow it to stand for about 10 minutes.
2. Take a large saucepan and place it over medium heat, soften the butter.
3. Stir in the rice and chicken stock and boil the mixture.
4. Simmer for another 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
5. Stir the mixture well.
6. Serve as required.
