Cinnamon Balls

Amazingly delicious cinnamon balls guaranteed to make your day. Egglessly baked specially for Vegetarians but everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
  Cornflake crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soft butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecan/Finely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (chopped finely)
  Icing sugar/Castor sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Crush the cornflakes into crumbs.
Blend the butter, sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour with the cinnamon.
Add the crushed crumbs and pecan nuts to the butter mixture and mix well, as well as the flour mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into small balls and place on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° F for about half- an-hour.
Remove when baked, and roll immediately in icing, or castor sugar.
