Nutmeg Whipped Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 4 Cup (64 tbs), unpeeled
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook squash in boiling salted water for 1 5 minutes, or till tender.
Drain well.
Cut rind from cubes.
Combine squash, butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; whip till smooth.
