Carrot With Cardamom
|Peeled carrots||8 Ounce, coarsely grated (250 Gram)|
|Butter||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Single cream||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|Cheese curd||6 Ounce (185 Gram)|
|Whole cardamom||1 Teaspoon, seeds, removed from the pods and lightly crushed|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
Cut the carrot into small chunks and cook gently, uncovered, in the butter and milk or single cream until soft.
Blend the cool, softened carrots, coated in butter and milk or cream, with the remaining ingredients.
