|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Cornflake crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine flour and cinnamon; mix with cornflake crumbs.
Blend butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add dry ingredients and pecans, and mix well.
Shape into small balls; place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 25 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheets and roll at once in powdered sugar.
