Halibut With Saffron Crumb Topping
|Halibut steaks/Swordfish steaks||2 Pound|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon (Progresso)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Italian style bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Progresso)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Saffron||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place fish in an oiled 12-x 8-x 2-inch baking pan.
In a small saucepan heat olive oil until hot.
Saute for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in bread crumbs, parsley and saffron.
Sprinkle over halibut.
Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork and crumb topping is golden, about 20 minutes.
