Zucchini With Corn & Peppers

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Zucchini 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Uncooked corn/One 10 ounce package frozen corn, thawed 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut from 3 ears
  Green bell pepper To Taste, seeded and chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add zucchini, corn, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Cook, stirring frequently, until most of vegetable liquid has evaporated and vegetables are crisp-tender (about 5 minutes).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
