Fried Cinnamon Balls

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 30 Gram, softened (6 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 80 Gram (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Peel Of 1/2 Lemon)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Eggs 4
  All purpose flour 400 Gram (2 2/3 Cup)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Sugar 100 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, cream butter or margarine and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (80 g) sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add lemon peel and salt.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Sift flour with baking powder; fold into mixture with a metal spoon to make a dough.
Heat oil for frying to 360°F (180°C) in a deep-frying pan.
Using 2 floured teaspoons, form dough into small balls.
Add about 8 balls at a time to hot oil.
Fry 5 to 6 minutes or until golden, turning halfway through cooking with a slotted spoon.
Lift out cooked balls with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels, Mix 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over balls while still warm.
