|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Measure into a bowl and stir together.
In a quart measure, combine.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together, knead gluten and pack into a large loaf pan.
Slice 1 onion over the top of the gluten and pour over it.
Lay a piece of foil lightly over the top of loaf.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake roast about 1 and 1/2 hours.
Let cool a little before slicing.
Any liquid remaining in the pan is delicious added to the gravy.
