|Frozen pineapple juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°.
Place spareribs in shallow baking dish.
Cover with foil; bake 50 minutes.
Remove foil; drain fat.
Bake an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
Combine pineapple con-centrate, onion, soy sauce and yogurt in small bowl.
Brush ribs with half the| mixture.
Bake 7 minutes.
Turn ribs; brush with remaining mix-ture.
Bake an additional 7 minutes.
