Ingredients
  Country style spareribs 4 Pound
  Ketchup 14 Ounce (1 Bottle Of 14 Ounce)
  Strong coffee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place ribs in a single layer in an 11x13 inch baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake, lightly covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Drain off all grease.
Mix the ketchup, coffee, brown sugar, mustard and liquid smoke in a bowl.
Pour the ketchup mixture over the ribs to coat.
Return to oven and bake, lightly covered, for 1/2 hour.
Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour longer.
