|Lean spare ribs||3 Pound|
|Finely diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar/Cider vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple tidbits||2 Can (20 oz), undrained|
Cut meat after every third rib, about halfway through strip.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in shallow roasting pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Carefully drain off all excess fat.
Mix remaining ingredients; let stand to blend flavors.
Pour over ribs; bake 45 to 50 minutes longer, basting frequently to coat ribs with sauce.
