Spareribs

Ingredients
  Lean spare ribs 3 Pound
  Finely diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 2 Can (20 oz)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pineapple tidbits 2 Can (20 oz), undrained
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut meat after every third rib, about halfway through strip.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in shallow roasting pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Carefully drain off all excess fat.
Mix remaining ingredients; let stand to blend flavors.
Pour over ribs; bake 45 to 50 minutes longer, basting frequently to coat ribs with sauce.
