Pineapple-Stuffed Spareribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 3 Pound (1 rack)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 13 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, reserve syrup (1 can)
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned stuffing 2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)
Directions

Tie spareribs in circle; place bone tips up on rack in open shallow roasting pan.
Do not add water.
Do not cover, Roast in 325° oven 2 hours.
Cook and stir celery and onion in butter until tender.
Mix with pineapple, cloves, stuffing and enough reserved pineapple syrup to moisten.
Spoon dressing into circle of ribs; bake uncovered 30 minutes longer or until meat is done.
