|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned pineapple chunks||13 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, reserve syrup (1 can)|
|Seasoned stuffing||2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)|
Tie spareribs in circle; place bone tips up on rack in open shallow roasting pan.
Do not add water.
Do not cover, Roast in 325Â° oven 2 hours.
Cook and stir celery and onion in butter until tender.
Mix with pineapple, cloves, stuffing and enough reserved pineapple syrup to moisten.
Spoon dressing into circle of ribs; bake uncovered 30 minutes longer or until meat is done.
