Spareribs Or Back Ribs
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Weber'S Tangy)|
Cut ribs in 4-rib sections; sprinkle with salt.
Stand ribs upright in rib rack on cooking grill over drip pan.
Cover kettle; cook 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or until meat is tender and browned.
Baste ribs 3 or 4 times with barbecue sauce the last 30 minutes of cooking.
