Barbecued Beef Spareribs
|Beef spare ribs||1 1⁄2 Kilogram|
|Brown onion||150 Gram, finely chopped (1 Medium Sized)|
|Brown sugar||75 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Worcestershire sauce||125 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Tomato sauce||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|White vinegar||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Water||125 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||180 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
1. Combine ribs and marinade in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2. Drain ribs; reserve marinade. Place reserved marinade in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened slightly.
3. Cook ribs on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned and tender. Pour sauce over ribs. Serve with salad, if desired.
