Drowned Spareribs

Ingredients
  Pork spareribs 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Egg white 1
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), crushed
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Red vinegar/Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sesame paste 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop the spareribs into 4-cm (1 1/2 - in) lengths and marinate for 30 minutes.
Deep-fry the spareribs for 4 minutes, remove and drain.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the garlic for 15 seconds.
Add the seasoning sauce and cook for 1 minute.
Reheat the deep fat and fry the spareribs for another 3 minutes.
Drain well and add to the seasoning sauce.
Serve sprinkled with sesame oil.
