|Back spareribs/Side spareribs||2 Pound|
|Freshly ground black pepper/Coarsely cracked black pepper||To Taste|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Honey/Fancy molasses / syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce/Flavored salt||1 Tablespoon|
Cut spareribs into pieces of 2 or 3 bones each.
Sprinkle generously with pepper.
Place fat-side down in a large electric frying pan.
Fry slowly on both sides until lightly browned.
Drench with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Cover and turn heat low.
Braise for 20 minutes.
Uncover, drizzle with honey and soy sauce.
Fry about 10 minutes longer, turning the ribs often until outside is crispy.
Add a tablespoon water or fruit juice to the pan if necessary to prevent scorching.
