Sherry Glazed Spareribs

  Spareribs 2 Pound, cut into 1-inch pieces
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (firmly packed)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Arrange ribs in 2-quart (12x7) baking dish.
Cook, covered with wax paper, 5 minutes.
Drain juices and rearrange ribs.
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour over ribs.
Cook, covered with wax paper, 25 minutes or until done,
