Sherry Glazed Spareribs
|Spareribs||2 Pound, cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Arrange ribs in 2-quart (12x7) baking dish.
Cook, covered with wax paper, 5 minutes.
Drain juices and rearrange ribs.
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour over ribs.
