Bean Sauced Spareribs
|Pork spareribs||4 Pound|
|Sweet bean sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
Cut ribs into 2-rib portions.
In large covered saucepan or Dutch oven cook ribs in enough boiling salted water to cover for 45 to 60 minutes or till ribs are just tender.
Combine sweet bean sauce, the 2 tablespoons water, dry sherry, soy sauce, and garlic.
Brush ribs with bean sauce mixture.
Place ribs over slow coals.
Grill about 45 minutes or till done; turn ribs occasionally, brushing with bean sauce mixture.
