Spareribs With Ginger Flavor
|Thick spare ribs||2 Pound|
|White pepper/Black||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef stock||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Rub the spareribs with the seasonings and place them on a rack in a roasting pan with the fat side up. Add 1/4 cup hot water to the pan.
2. Cook in a 325°F oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Turn the ribs once while cooking. The meat juice can be seasoned with some beef stock.
