|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spareribs||3 Pound, cut into ribs|
|Ground cloves||To Taste|
Place spareribs on turntable or on large, heat-resistant, non-metallic platter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and cloves.
Baste with mixture of soy sauce and sugar.
Heat, uncovered, on simmer for 50 to 55 minutes.
Turn over occasionally and drain fat as needed.
Baste with soy sauce mixture occasionally.
