|Molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat, and set aside.
Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place meaty side down in a large shallow pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 30 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Reduce heat to 350°.
Turn ribs over, and bake an additional 50 to 60 minutes.
Brush ribs with sauce during last 30 minutes of cooking.
