|Barbecue sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
Combine all ingredients except spare-ribs, stirring well.
Set sauce aside.
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces, and thread on spit; secure with prongs at each end of spit.
Balance ribs properly to avoid strain on motor.
Place spit on rotisserie 3 to 4 inches from low coals.
Grill ribs 1 hour or until desired degree of doneness.
Baste with sauce during last 20 minutes of grilling time.
