Jerez

Jerez Food refers to the food culture of the city of Jerez. Unlike the seafood laden Mediterranean cuisine observed in other parts of Spain, the Jerez fare cuts an entirely different picture because they are influenced with brandies and wines produced in the region. The presence of either of the two can be observed in most of the food preparations across Jerez. The Jerez gastronomy is also tilted towards the seafood.
