Spanish Chicken And Rice is an irresistible side dish recipe. A deadly combination of chicken and rice is something you would never want to miss out on!
Ingredients
  Frying chicken 3 Pound, cut into pieces
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spanish rice mix 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Package)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine rice, Spanish rice mix, water, sherry, onion and salt in glass casserole.
Place chicken pieces on top.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 180°F for 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken is done and rice is tender.
