Flan

Ingredients
  Peeled and deveined shrimp 1 Pound (Tail On)
  Onion 1 Large
  Bell pepper 1 Large
  Minced garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Red pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt/Adobo To Taste
Directions

1- In a large sautéing pan, heat olive oil to medium heat.

2- Add onions, bell peppers, garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until onions and bell peppers are soft.

3- Add butter and shrimp to pan.

4- Sprinkle with Adobo and black pepper. Cook shrimp until pink.

Serve with Tostones, Mofongo, or Arañas.

The flan is supposed to be covered with foil. When you pull it out of the oven it should be a custard color, not brown.
