Speedy Gazpacho

Speedy Gazpacho is a mouth watering appetizer. An easy to prepare Speedy Gazpacho recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Pint (900 Milliliter)
  Diced green pepper 8 Tablespoon
  Diced cucumber 8 Tablespoon
  Chopped spring onions 8 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
Directions

Peel and crush the garlic and mix with the tomato juice.
Put half the diced green pepper, cucumber and spring onions into small dishes so everyone can add these to the soup, as desired.
Blend all the other ingredients with the tomato juice.
Serve cold.
If you would like a more piquant flavour add either a little lemon juice or wine vinegar to the tomato juice or the fresh tomato puree.
