|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Tomato juice||1 1⁄2 Pint (900 Milliliter)|
|Diced green pepper||8 Tablespoon|
|Diced cucumber||8 Tablespoon|
|Chopped spring onions||8 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)|
Peel and crush the garlic and mix with the tomato juice.
Put half the diced green pepper, cucumber and spring onions into small dishes so everyone can add these to the soup, as desired.
Blend all the other ingredients with the tomato juice.
If you would like a more piquant flavour add either a little lemon juice or wine vinegar to the tomato juice or the fresh tomato puree.
