Gazpacho

Try preparing the Gazpacho the next time you host a party!. I promise you, your guests will love the texture and flavor of the wonderful Gazpacho!
Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Watercress sprig 4
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  Tomatoes 3 , peeled
  Green pepper To Taste, seeded
  Eggs 4
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Puree the garlic, vegetables and eggs in an electric blender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill.
