Ingredients
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Oil/Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
  Boiled potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Saute the onion, pepper and pimiento in the fat until light brown, add the diced potatoes, the chopped ham and seasonings and cook until thoroughly heated through.
