Spanish Summer Soup

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , deseeded
  Onion 1 , peeled and chopped
  Radishes 8 , chopped
  Watercress stalks 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Oil 3 Tablespoon (About 45 Milliliter)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon (About 15 Milliliter)
  Tomato juice 2 1⁄4 Pint (About 1.25 Liters Or 5 Cups)
  Pepper To Taste
  Green pepper 1 Small, deseeded and diced
  Red pepper 1 Small, deseeded and diced
  Cucumber 1⁄4 , diced
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Tomatoes 3 , deseeded and diced
  Radishes 10 , diced
  Celery sticks 3 , diced
  Bread slice 2 , diced and toasted
Directions

1 Place all the soup ingredients in an electric blender and blend until smooth.
Chill thoroughly.
2 Serve the soup surrounded with small piles of the diced garnish ingredients
