Best Spanish Rice With Bacon

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 2 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Instant rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, dried
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Place bacon in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover loosely and microwave until crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until rice is tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
