Ingredients
  Lentils 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), stewed
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Soy flour 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Cover and simmer until thoroughly heated.
