I've never tasted a Gazpacho like tis ever before ! Try out this Gazpacho yourself t see what I mean ! Your suggestions about this flavorful tomato and cucumber dish are welcome !
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Green peppers 2 , seeded and quartered
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled, seeds removed, quartered
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and cut into pieces
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Chop each of the vegetables separately until coarse in the processor bowl, with the metal blade.
Remove to a large jar.
Add salt and pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, tomato juice, and sherry and chill well.
Serve cold with a dollop of sour cream on top.
