|Sweet red onion||1 Large|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Condensed beef broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Mexican seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
Peel and chop cucumber, onion, and tomatoes.
Place in a bowl and add garlic, beef broth, vegetable juice, vinegar, Tabasco, salt, and Mexican seasoning.
Cover and chill.
Serve in chilled bowls and pass condiments for guests to add.
