|Bulgur||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Broth||3 Cup (48 tbs), hot (Chicken Or Beef)|
|Coarsely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked dried beans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Meat oil in a heavy bottom saucepan.
Add bulgur and saute until golden.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes.
