Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Meat stock 1 Pint
  Green pepper 1 , cut up
  Tomato juice 1 Pint
  Spanish onion 1 , cut up
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Mixed herbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (chives, parsley, basil, thyme, tarragon, chervil)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and diced
  Chicken stock 1 Pint
  Tomato 1 , chopped
Directions

Blend garlic, pepper, onion, herbs and stock in blender until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients.
Blend thoroughly.
Chill at least 8 hours before serving.
