Spanish Soup Salad (Spain)

Ingredients
  Cumin seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Head of lettuce 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Tomatoes 4 , diced
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Radishes 10 , sliced
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Cover)
  Ice cubes 8
  Bread 1 , cut into 1 inch cubes (Fresh)
  Stuffed olives 6 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Crush cominos seed in wooden salad bowl with wooden spoon; add all fresh vegetables and seasonings.
Mix well.
Barely cover mixture with water; add ice cubes.
Just before serving stir in bread cubes; garnish with olives.
Serve in soup bowls.
