Spanish Soup Salad (Spain)
|Cumin seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Head of lettuce||1 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Tomatoes||4 , diced|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onions||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Radishes||10 , sliced|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Cover)|
|Bread||1 , cut into 1 inch cubes (Fresh)|
|Stuffed olives||6 , sliced|
Crush cominos seed in wooden salad bowl with wooden spoon; add all fresh vegetables and seasonings.
Barely cover mixture with water; add ice cubes.
Just before serving stir in bread cubes; garnish with olives.
Serve in soup bowls.
