Spanish eggs and rice is a simple baked casserole prepared with eggs baked along with rice and cheese. Arranged in a casserole dish and cooked under half and hout, the spanish eggs and rice can be spiced with paprika or any other spice of choice.
8 Ounce (1 Cup)
Sharp process american cheese
2 Ounce, shredded (0.5 Cup)
Spoon rice into 2 individual casseroles.
Make depression in center of rice; carefully break egg into depression.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese around edge of each casserole.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) for 20 to 25 minutes or till eggs are desired doneness.
