|Spanish rice||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Sharp process american cheese||2 Ounce, shredded (0.5 Cup)|
Spoon rice into 2 individual casseroles.
Make depression in center of rice; carefully break egg into depression.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese around edge of each casserole.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) for 20 to 25 minutes or till eggs are desired doneness.
