|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green olives||12 , halved (With Pimentos)|
Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown them in shortening.
Add onion, garlic, peppers, ham, tomatoes, and water.
Close cover of cooker and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 15 minutes.
Allow pressure to drop normally.
Return open cooker to a low flame.
Add the olives and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve chicken with seasoned rice.
