Garlic Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Plum tomatoes 2 1⁄4 Pound, halved
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Peeled seeded cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Sherry vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Ice cubes 4
Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
Pour into a large bowl; cover and chill.
