Spanish Cinnamon Muffins

The sweet aroma of freshly baked Spanish Cinnamon Muffins is irresistible. These are one of my favorite muffins. Try this wonderful Spanish Cinnamon Muffin recipe!
Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Butter 5 Tablespoon, melted
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
In another bowl, whisk egg, melted butter and buttermilk.
Make a well in dry ingredients and quickly add liquids, blending lightly.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake until golden.
Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes
