Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1
  Coriander leaf 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt the butter or margarine in a large skillet.
Lightly brown the onion, green pepper, rice, and meat.
Add the hot water, tomato sauce, salt, a dash of pepper, and chili powder to taste.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Decorate with Coriander leaf and serve.
