Spanish Sprout Salad

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 Small, torn
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Avocados 2 Small, cut into bite sized pieces
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper red 1 Dash
Directions

Combine lettuce, tomato, sprouts, celery, and avocados in a large salad bowl.
Combine lemon juice and pepper, sprinkle over salad, and toss gently.
Serve with commercial French dressing, if desired.
