Quick'N Easy Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 6 , diced
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp; remove bacon and drain.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings.
Add onion and green pepper to drippings in skillet; cook and stir until onion is tender.
Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients; cook uncovered over low heat about 15 minutes.
